ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Jasmin Nevala, and in March 2024 I began my PhD project at the University of Jyväskylä, funded by Kone Foundation.

My research explores the effects of low-frequency magnetic fields on plants, under the supervision of Lecturer Minna-Maarit Kytöviita (JYU) and Professor Jonne Naarala (UEF).

Here, on Journey into Science, I share glimpses of my PhD journey—the science I do, the principles that guide research, and the personal reflections that come with the process.
